The web viewer controls an online device from your browser. It uses the same relay as the desktop app. You do not install anything.
The relay carries the web viewer session without end-to-end encryption. For sensitive work, use the desktop app.

Who can use it

Platform operators can use the web viewer on all devices. Owners and admins of an organization can use it on the devices of their organization.

Connect to a device

  1. Open the Devices screen in the console.
  2. Find an online device.
  3. Select the Connect link. The browser opens /connect/<device id>.
  4. Enter the device password. This is the password that the device shows.
  5. Select connect.
To ask the person at the device to accept the session, leave the password empty. That person accepts with a click.
